Leo plays a key role in onboarding client teams into platforms such as Bloom Growth, helping configure meeting structures, scorecards, and accountability systems so that new processes are not just introduced but actually adopted. He is also responsible for developing client-facing materials, including presentations, visual tools, and internal communications that help drive alignment across organizations. Behind the scenes, Leo supports marketing and creative initiatives for both Kaplan Consulting and Poseidon Industries, managing social media content, brand messaging, and digital deliverables across multiple platforms. His work ensures that the firm’s external presence reflects the same standard of quality it brings to client engagements.
