At Kaplan Consulting, Cody specializes in translating strategy into execution. He focuses on workflow design, production systems, ActionFlow and QuickBooks integration, and KPI tracking. He is particularly skilled at identifying the breakdown points between sales, production, and installation, and building systems that close those gaps. Cody is known for implementing tools and processes that teams actually use. His test for any system is simple: does it make people’s jobs easier and produce visible results? If not, it needs to be rebuilt.
